Working at flydubai

Being able to establish flydubai Cargo from scratch has been a unique opportunity. I have been involved every step of the way and through this, learnt something new every day. There is a great atmosphere at flydubai, with each department always on hand to help you reach your goals. From meeting new colleagues, to travelling around the network and developing a new department, I feel at home here.

I am extremely happy to work at flydubai as I have met lots of new people and learnt many new things. I have also been inspired by the management who motivate me to reach my goals. Every day there are different situations and challenges to manage, but this is what attracted me to my job and keeps me coming back.

To me, flydubai is like no other airline. It’s a place I can call home, a place where people are seen as true assets and where one’s potential and capabilities are nurtured and developed. The work culture employed at flydubai is unique in its attributes. While we have grown at fantastic speed, we have also taken ownership of a work culture that embraces each individual as a highly valued resource and asset, thus developing and maintaining the strong interpersonal relationships normally only seen in smaller organisations.
