Pay your way
flydubai makes it easier for you to pay the way you choose.
Once you have booked online or through the call centre, you can
pay using MasterCard or Visa.
If you want to pay using cash, your booking will be held for up
to 24 hours so you can make your payment through one of flydubai's
payment partners.
If you book less than 48 hours before departure, you'll need to
make an immediate payment.
Paying with your credit card
If you pay with your credit card, flydubai will charge a payment
fee. You will also be asked to show the credit card at the airport
before you board your flight.
Paying on behalf of someone else
If a credit card is used to pay on behalf of someone else, a
photocopy of the front of the credit card and a photocopy of the
cardholder's passport will need to be presented at the
airport.
If these photocopies can't be presented at the airport, flydubai
will not allow you to travel. This is an extra level of security
designed to protect you.
Please note that a credit card cannot be used to pay on behalf of
someone else travelling to or from Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Nepal,
Pakistan, Sri Lanka or Sudan.
flydubai also offers cash payment methods, allowing you to pay on
behalf of someone else.
Paying with cash
If you select the "pay later" option when booking your flight at
flydubai.com or through the call centre, you'll have 24 hours to
make payment through a flydubai payment partner for a charge of AED
30 per payment. This charge will not be shown online or be quoted
by the call centre.
flydubai travel shop
If you've booked online or through the call centre and want to
pay with cash, you can pay at the travel shop. It's conveniently
located in Deira, Dubai.
If you pay at the flydubai travel shop, there's a charge
of AED 50 per person, per flight.
UAE Exchange
UAE Exchange will help you pay for your booking at any of
its locations within the UAE.
UAE Exchange will also help you pay for your booking at some of
its branches in Jordan for a charge of JOD 10 per payment.

Emirates Post can also help you make a new flydubai booking or
modify an existing booking for a charge of AED 50 per person.

You can pay for your booking at any of aswaaq's Dubai-based retail centres. You can also use
wafa points in part or full payment of your booking.
NBAD Stars
If you are a National Bank of Abu Dhabi customer, you can
convert your NBAD Stars into a flydubai voucher and use this
in part or full payment of your booking.
CitiDollars and Citi Miles
If you are a Citibank Cardmember, you can convert your CitiDollars or your Citi Miles into a flydubai voucher which can be
used for partial or full payment of your booking.
Noor Islamic Bank
If you are a Noor Islamic Bank customer, you can use online
banking services or Noor Islamic Bank branch counters to pay for
your booking.
Noor Islamic Bank card members can also convert points from Noor Rewards to flydubai vouchers which can be
used for full or part payment of your booking.
Orient Exchange
Orient Exchange can help you pay for your booking at any
of its locations within the UAE.
Emirates Islamic Bank
If you are an Emirates Islamic Bank customer, you can use BankNet online banking services or Emirates
Islamic Bank cash deposit machines to pay for your
booking.
Al Rostamani International Exchange
Al Rostamani International Exchange can help you pay for your
booking at any of its locations within the UAE.
Al Ansari Exchange
Al Ansari Exchange can help you pay for your booking at any of its locations within the UAE.
