Important information for passengers travelling out of Dubai Airport during the Dubai Airshow
(10 November 2011 to 17 November 2011)

If your flight is due to depart during the Dubai Airshow there's a few things you need to know:

  • The airport will be busy and departure times must be strictly followed. 
  • Arrive early at the airport - there will be a lot of traffic. 
  • Be checked in 60 minuted before departure. If you're not, you'll not be allowed to travel. 
  • Make sure you're at the boarding gate 45 minutes before your flight. If you're not there, you'll not be able to go.

Restrictions for passengers travelling to Jeddah during HAJ
(08 October 2011 to 02 November 2011)

If you're a Muslim
 You can only travel to Jeddah during this period on a Haj visa. You can't travel on a business or visit visa.

If you're a GCC National
 You can travel to Jeddah during this period on a Haj, business or visit visa.

If you're not a Muslim
 You can travel to Jeddah during this period on a business or visit visa.

If you're a KSA resident and you're returning home
 You don't have to travel on a Haj visa.

If these restrictions mean that you can't travel from 08 October 2011 to

or contact the travel agent that made your booking, and we'll change your
flight to an alternative date or to any other airport in Saudi Arabia
(subject to availability), without additional charge.
