flydubai has teamed up with Al Masaood Travel & Services to
provide scheduled daily bus services between Abu Dhabi or Al Ain
and Terminal 2 at Dubai International Airport.

The bus service will pick up and drop off passengers on Al Nasr
Street (in front of Al Masaood Travel & Services) in Abu
Dhabi.

How to book
You can pre-purchase a bus ticket for AED 40 per person, per
direction or a bus ticket can be purchased directly from the bus
driver for AED 50 per person, per direction, subject to
availability.
It's easy to pre-purchase your bus ticket online. Simply select
your destination from "bus search" on the right-hand side of this
page. It's just like booking a flight. You can also book via the
flydubai call centre on +971 4 231 1000 or through your local
travel agent.
What you need to know
- Your bus ticket should be purchased at least 2 hours before the
bus is due to depart.
- You'll need to pay for your bus ticket in full at the time of
booking.
- Your bus ticket can't be changed and there's no refund if you
decide to cancel.
- There's limited space for baggage so it can only be carried if
there's room.
- You'll need to present a valid bus ticket before boarding the
bus.
- You must be seated on the bus at least 15 minutes before the
bus is due to depart.
Remember to choose a bus service that gets you to the airport in
good time for your flight. Don't forget, check-in closes 1 hour
before the departure of all flydubai flights.
Terms and conditions
- The bus service is operated by a third party service provider:
Al Masaood Travel & Services. It bears full responsibility for
the complete bus journey, including but not limited to terms of
insurance and liability.
- flydubai shall in no instances be responsible for any aspect of
the bus service.
- flydubai will not be responsible if you miss your flight due to
the late arrival of the bus, regardless of the reason that the bus
is delayed, including but not limited to traffic, technical
breakdown, etc.
- Additionally, flydubai will not be responsible if you miss your
bus due to the late arrival of the aircraft for any reason,
including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, technical
breakdown, etc.
- For the avoidance of any doubt, flydubai is not responsible in
case baggage is lost or damaged during the bus journey or in case
baggage cannot be transported on the bus due to lack of space.
- Terms and conditions of carriage are governed by the laws of
and are applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- For the avoidance of any doubt, the flydubai Conditions of
Carriage for Passengers and Baggage do not apply to the bus
service.
