strong market presence and a passion for making travel less complex
and more cost-effective.
In partnership with partners that think differently, flydubai is

one low cost airline.
To become a flydubai travel partner you will need to:
- Reduce the cost of travel. You will need to
constantly look for simpler and smarter ways to make the cost of
travel lower.
- Sell direct to the customer. You will need to
sell directly to flydubai's customers through your retail
offices.
- Make flydubai visible. You will need to
promote flydubai in your retail offices without cost to
flydubai.
- Be accessible. You will need to be available
to take and amend bookings at times that suit the customer.
- Increase reach. You will need to appoint other
outlets to increase distribution. You will need to motivate,
maintain and engage these outlets to increase sales. You will need
to be accountable for the collection of funds from sales made by
these outlets.
- Be flydubai's eyes and ears. You will need to
provide customer, market and regulatory intelligence to
flydubai.
- Show your integrity. You will need to protect
customer data at all cost and uphold flydubai's reputation.
- Be transparent. You can
charge a booking fee for the service you offer on top of the
standard fare. Where you have appointed an outlet, the fee is
shared.
- Pay up front. You will need to pay upfront for
future sales. This balance will be "drawn down" by you and your
appointed outlets.
- Be non-exclusive. flydubai will work with a
number of partners in the market.
