Bosnia and Herzegovina Covid Travel Restrictions
 
Documents needed for travelling
All passengers travelling to Bosnia and Herzegovina must have:
  • a negative COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test result issued at most 48 hours before arrival if arriving from Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova (Rep.), Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia (Rep.), Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Fed., San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom or Vatican City (Holy See); or
  • a negative COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival if arriving from a country other than Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova (Rep.), Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia (Rep.), Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Fed., San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom or Vatican City (Holy See); or
  • a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival; or
  • a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at most from day 14 and day 180 from the day of arrival.
  • This does not apply to:
    • citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and their children younger than 18 years and spouses;
    • citizens of Montenegro, the Republic of Croatia, and the Republic of Serbia, when they enter Bosnia and Herzegovina directly from the country of which they are citizens, as well as their children and spouses who are citizens of other countries;
    • residents of Bosnia and Herzegovina returning to Bosnia and Herzegovina within 48 hours. They must have been in Croatia or Serbia;
    • passengers returning via Bosnia and Herzegovina to their country of residence;
    • passengers with a diplomatic, official or service passport traveling on duty;
    • crew and cabin crew of the aircraft whose final destination is Bosnia and Herzegovina,
    • NATO military;
    • children under the age of 7 traveling accompanied by a parent or guardian, if the parent or guardian has a negative PCR test or rapid SARS-COV-2 virus antigen test, or vaccination certificate or confirmation that he has overcome the disease COVID-19.
