Your flight to Dubai takes off from King Abdulaziz International Airport, which is located to the north of Jeddah - just 60km from the city centre. As the biggest airport in the kingdom, you’ll find all the amenities you could possibly want or need – although bear in mind that it is currently being updated and expanded. There’s plenty of time to check-in at the north terminal’s counter, opening three hours pre-departure and closing 60 minutes before you take off.
When you arrive in Dubai, you’ll find there’s plenty of transfer options to take you from the sleek airport to the bustling city centre. Choose from the many taxis and buses that depart directly from the terminal or opt to take the Dubai Metro, with the nearest station, Abu Hail, just 2km away. If you’re looking to hire a car while in Dubai, flydubai offers a rental service for a wide variety of different vehicles.
Experience the accelerating pace of Dubai, with its maze of ultra-modern shopping malls, restaurants and hotels. If you can tear yourself away from the souks and boutiques, you’ll find Dubai boasts one of the most spectacular skylines in the world – including the dizzy heights of the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building.
