Offer terms and conditions

• Customers of Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan Limited (DIBPL) who book seats on flydubai flights through the flydubai website and flydubai mobile app using a Debit Card issued by DIBPL will receive a 10% discount on the base fare of Economy Class seats and a 15% discount on the base fare of Business Class seats, on flydubai flights originating from Pakistan; subject to the following terms and conditions:

• This offer is exclusive to Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan Limited (DIBPL) Debit Cardholders.
• This offer is valid for booking from midday on Thursday, 17 March 2022 to midday on Tuesday, 28 February 2023 and for travel between Thursday, 17 March 2022 to Tuesday, 28 February 2023 (UAE local time).
• This offer is valid on the base one-way and return fares in Economy and Business Class on flights originating from Pakistan as detailed above.
• This offer is valid only when the Customer books and pays in full through flydubai.com and flydubai mobile app on Android and iOS using DIBPL Debit Card.
• All the bookings made by the customer will be subject to the flydubai Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage and all rules applicable to the general public for the class or category of fare selected (including also any charges for change in travel arrangements that may be applicable to the class or category of fare selected).
• For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer shall not be eligible for the Discount in the event that payment using the DIBPL Debit Card is unsuccessful.
• When the DIBPL Debit Card has been used to pay on behalf of someone else, the cardholder must travel on the same itinerary.
• The discount is calculated on the base fare of the flight, excluding any taxes, charges, fees or ancillary services.
• This offer is subject to the availability of seats for the specified class of service on the relevant flight. All travel using this promotional offer must be booked in the proper class of service. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer from flydubai or its appointed travel agents however booked.
• flydubai will endeavor to assist in processing transit visa (48 hours) through the flydubai contact center in Pakistan by sending an email to support@flydubaipk.com.
• DIBPL will offer free transit Visa (48 hours) to DIBPL customers holding flydubai tickets booked on the flydubai website or flydubai Mobile Application using the DIBPL Debit Card. The cost of such visa will be borne by the DIBPL, and the DIBPL will ensure payment to flydubai within seven (7) days of issue of the invoice. In case of any rejection or delay of the transit visa, flydubai or its distributor shall not be responsible.
• DIBPL will offer to Customers who have booked flydubai tickets on the flydubai website or flydubai Mobile App using the DIBPL Debit Card, a discount of 40% on Covid-19 PCR test through “Find My Doctor” during the first quarter of the Promotion Period and a discount of 30% during the remaining Promotion Period. Find My Doctor will be the DIBPL partner for Covid-19 PCR testing and the foregoing discounts on Covid-19 PCR tests will be offered under direct arrangements between DIBPL and the Customer. flydubai shall have no liability arising out of or in connection with a breach of this Paragraph by DIBPL.
• This promotion is subject to change without notice and may be withdrawn at any time.
• The promotion is for flydubai flights only, excluding any interline or codeshare bookings.
