Djibouti Covid Travel Restrictions

Documents needed for travelling

  • Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated.
    This does not apply to:
    • Passengers below the age of 25 years.
    • Passengers with a government-approved medical certificate issued by a doctor confirming that:
      • passenger is pregnant;
      • mother is breastfeeding an infant under 6 months old;
      • passenger has a medical condition.
  • Passengers must have a printed copy of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate issued at most 72 hours prior to departure of the first flight of their itinerary and at most 120 hours prior to arrival.
    • The test result must be in English or French.
    • This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 year
Quarantine Requirements
  • Passengers are subject to medical screening and quarantine at their own expense.
  • This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
Transiting via Djibouti
  • All passengers must have the required documents for their transit and final destination country.
