Travel restrictions to Lebanon

Who can travel?

  • Open to all visitors subject to meeting the visa and passport entry requirements.
Lebanon covid travel restrictions

PCR and vaccination documents needed for travelling

  • Passengers are not required to have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate or a COVID-19 PCR test to enter Lebanon.

Quarantine requirements

  • Quarantine is not required.
Transiting to Belarus via Dubai

Only the following categories of passengers are allowed to transit to Belarus via Dubai:

  • citizens of Lebanon with a valid visa or residence permit in Belarus;
  • citizens of Belarus;
  • foreign citizens with residence permits in Belarus.

Transiting to Syria via Lebanon

  • All passengers travelling to Syria via Lebanon, except citizens of Syria and members of international organizations and diplomatic delegations working in Syria, are required to hold a pre-approval issued by Syrian authorities to travel.
  • All passengers with a Syrian Travel Document issued for Palestinian Refugees (Document de Voyage pour les Refugies Palestiniens) require a visa to transit via Lebanon.
  • These passengers are permitted to transit without a visa for a maximum stay of 24 hours if they hold a residence permit issued by a third country, are continuing to Syria, or have previously travelled out of Beirut with an immigration exit stamp from Lebanon.
