Pay for flydubai flights easily and safely with your credit or debit card, cash, flydubai vouchers, via Apple Pay, or other payment options available depending on the country you are travelling to or from.

When booking your flight on our website, mobile app or through our Customer Centre, you can pay quickly and securely using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or UATPiUniversal Air Travel Plan (UATP) is an airline-owned payment network for business organisations. It is an alternative form of payment accepted by over 250 airlines and thousands of travel agencies globally. You can pay for your flight using UATP through flydubai website, simply select UATP as your payment option, enter your UATP card number and the card expiry date. UATP payments are processed just like any other form of payment..


When you pay using a card, you’ll be charged an administration fee for the booking which will be added to your total booking amount. flydubai might also ask to see the card at the airport before you board your flight.

Cash

If you wish to pay using cash, select the ‘Pay later’ option when you book your flight on our website, mobile app or through our Customer Centre.


You’ll need to pay within 24 hours of booking or up to 48 hours prior to departure time, whichever is earlier. For bookings with our partner airlines, payment needs to be done within 1 hour of booking.


Important
: If your flight departure is within 48 hours from the time of booking, you must make the payment immediately.


You can make the payment at a flydubai Travel Shop or through one of our payment partners which include banks, exchange houses, retail shops, and payment kiosks in the UAE. A processing fee may apply.

voucher

If you have a flydubai voucher, you can use it to pay for your flight either online, through our Customer Centre or one of our travel partners. Voucher can be used before the expiry date for booking on any available future date and only by the passenger on whose name it was issued.

Emirates Skywards is now the loyalty programme for flydubai which means you can not only earn but also easily pay for your flydubai flights using your Skywards Miles.


Simply log in to your Emirates Skywards account when booking via flydubai.com or flydubai Mobile App or share your membership details when booking via the flydubai Customer Centre on (+971) 600 54 44 45.

When booking through the flydubai Mobile App you can choose to pay using Apple Pay. Making a payment with Apple Pay is simple and works with most Apple devices. Simply add your debit or credit card and pay for your flight safely and securely.

  • You should have a bank account with a national bank in Kuwait and be a registered user with Knet.
  • Your payment currency should be selected as KWD.

Saudi Arabia

Pay on someone else’s behalf

With flydubai you can pay for another traveller’s flight. Simply select the ‘Pay later’ option when you book a flight and make a cash payment through one of our Payment partners.


If you wish to pay using a debit or credit card, the passenger you are paying for will need to show a photocopy of the front and the back of your card, and a photocopy of your passport at the airport check-in desk.


If you are travelling to or from Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, South Sudan or Sudan and your booking was paid for with someone else's credit/debit card, you will need to present the original credit/debit card and a copy of the cardholder's passport during check-in.


If the passenger is unable to produce the required documents at the airport, flydubai will not allow the passenger to travel.

Interest-free instalment plans

We've partnered with Emirates NBD and RAK Bank to offer you 0% instalment plans.

Emirates NBD 0% instalment plan

With Emirates NBD’s 0% instalment plan, you can pay for your booking of AED 1,000 or above in 3-month or 6-month instalments when you make a booking via flydubai.com, the flydubai Customer Centre or through one of flydubai’s travel shops. RAK Bank 0% Easy Payment Plan
