Eligibility is determined automatically based on route, transit time, fare type, return booking requirement, and hotel availability.

Is the stopover available on one-way bookings?

No. The Dubai stopover is only offered on return bookings.

How do I book the Dubai stopover?

When booking a return flight on flydubai.com, eligible flights will display a ‘Complementary Dubai hotel’ tag. Selecting such a flight will automatically add the complimentary hotel to your booking.

Can I add the stopover after booking my flight?

No. The stopover must be selected during the initial booking.

Will I be able to choose my hotel?

No. Hotels are auto-assigned based on availability. Hotel selection or changes are not offered.

How will I receive my hotel details?

Hotel details are shown on the review page before payment. After you’ve paid for your booking, a hotel voucher will be sent to your registered email address.

Is the hotel completely free?

Yes, the room is complimentary. Meals, transfers, upgrades, and incidental charges are not included.

What happens if I change my flight?

If you modify your flight, your original hotel booking will be cancelled.

What happens if I cancel my flight?

If you cancel your flight, the stopover hotel will also be cancelled, and the offer will be forfeited.

If I add passengers later, will they receive a free hotel stay?

No, passengers added after the booking is completed are not eligible for the complimentary hotel stay.

Can I cancel or modify the hotel?

No. The hotel booking is linked to the flight booking and cannot be modified independently.

If I upgrade to Business Class, will my hotel be upgraded?

No, you will keep the hotel originally assigned at the time of booking.

Do I need a UAE visa?

Yes, if required, based on your nationality. Visa approval and compliance are the passenger’s responsibility.

Can I use the stopover on both outbound and inbound journeys?

No. The offer is valid for one stopover per booking only.

What if my flight is delayed?

In case of delays, the hotel stay is subject to availability. flydubai is not responsible for missed stays due to operational disruptions.

Can I extend my hotel stay?

Any extension or additional nights must be arranged directly with the hotel and paid by the passenger.

What happens if my flight is cancelled due to operational reasons?

If your flight is cancelled due to operational reasons, your Dubai stopover hotel booking will also be cancelled, and the offer will be forfeited.
