Travelling with a service animal

Service animals will be accepted in the cabin, if your travel itinerary includes flights to the United States of America, Canada or Europe on Emirates marketed flights and to selected destinations operated within the flydubai network.

On all other flydubai routes your service dog will need to travel in a cargo compartment. For more information and to see the requirements, please check the Cargo page.

This service needs to be booked no less than 48 hours prior to your flight departure and is provided free of charge.

Passengers with onward connections on any other airline need to confirm with each airline individually and provide confirmation to flydubai that the other airline can accept the animal.
