Airport transfer services
We’ve partnered with Cartrawler to offer you a variety of private, shared shuttle, bus or train airport transfers from more than 2000 providers in over 900 locations worldwide.
You can choose from a range of standard or luxury services, or go for one of our meet and greet packages. For larger groups we also offer minibus transfers.
How to book your airport transfer
- Enter your pick-up and drop-off details, and the number of passengers
- Select your transfer option
- Enter your passenger details and arrival flight number (if pick-up is from airport)
- Enter your payment details and book your airport transfer (up to 4 hours before your pick-up time)
- Print the voucher sent to you in the confirmation email
- Follow the instructions on your voucher to find your transfer
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure they follow strict COVID-19 sanitation guidelines set out by The World Health Organization.

Private transfers
- Drivers greet customers with a bow instead of a handshake
- Staff will use disinfecting products to clean the units
- Drivers will wear protective equipment throughout the entire journey
- Drivers who feel unwell will not perform any rides
- Vehicles will be sanitised regularly
Shared transfers
- Capacity of the vehicles will be reduced according to the location regulations
- Drivers greet customers with a bow instead of a handshake
