All passengers (with the exception of UAE nationals) travelling to Dubai must hold a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must be taken no more than 96 hours prior to the departure of your inbound flight to Dubai. If the validity period of your test result is different in the country you are departing from or travelling to, you should follow the requirement which is most restrictive. Children under the age of 12 and passengers with moderate to severe disabilities are exempt from testing.
You should get your test result from a UAE government approved laboratory or one of the laboratories listed here (use these laboratories if you are travelling from Pakistan). Without a printed copy of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result in English or Arabic, you will not be accepted for travel.
If you are transiting in Dubai, unless you are travelling from one of the following countries, you are not required to hold a negative PCR test result: Afghanistan, Angola, Argentina, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Greece, Guinea, Hungary, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Romania, the Russian Federation, Rwanda, Senegal, Slovakia, Somaliland, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine, the United States (any port in California, Florida or Texas), Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Zambia or Zimbabwe.
