You can use the city shuttle, bus or a taxi to get to the city centre. The public bus stop is located in front of the Arrivals hall on the ground level.

Car rental desks are available at the Arrivals hall.

You can also hire a car through flydubai.

There are several parking options at the airport including short-term with the first 10 minutes free (P1), long-term (P3 and P4). Parking can be pre-booked online.

The airport provides a range of accessible services to support passengers with reduced mobility and special requirements:

• Reserved parking spaces close to the terminal (short-stay parking).
• Accessible toilets throughout the terminal.
• Ramps and lifts, including buttons with Braille labelling for easy access.
• Wheelchairs available for in-terminal use when accompanied by airport personnel.
• Reserved seating in various areas of the terminal.
• A dedicated lounge for passengers with long layovers or extended waiting times.
• Special security lanes for passengers with pacemakers or those using wheelchairs.
• Boarding assistance with a lift platform (ambulift) to support wheelchair users.

If you require assistance after landing, designated airport staff are available free of charge to accompany you through all post-arrival procedures, including:

• Disembarking the aircraft (via stairs or lift platform)
• Baggage claim
• Customs clearance
• Transfer to the Arrivals area or a designated meeting point
