I made my booking online – where can I change or cancel it?

I made my booking through the Customer Centre – where can I change or cancel it?

I made my booking through a travel shop – where can I change or cancel it?

You can change or cancel your booking through the travel shop who made the original booking or through flydubai Customer Centre.

How can I change or cancel my booking on the website or mobile app?

You can use Manage booking on our website or mobile app to change your travel dates, add optional extras, upgrade to Business Class or simply update your details.

On flydubai.com:

  1. Go to Manage booking
  2. Enter your last name and booking referenceimentioned in your booking confirmation
  3. Tick consent box
  4. Click 'View booking'

On mobile app:

  1. Click on 'Manage' on the home screen
  2. Enter your booking referenceimentioned in your booking confirmation and last name.
  3. Click 'View booking'

Can I change or cancel my booking on flydubai website or mobile app if it was made by a travel agent?

If your booking was made by a travel agent, you can view your booking and add optional extras via Manage booking on our website and mobile app.

If you want to make any other changes, you'll need to contact the travel agent that made your booking.

Can I change or cancel my codeshare/interline booking on flydubai website or mobile app?

No. If you want to change or cancel your codeshare or interline booking with one of our partner airlines, you'll need to contact the airline directly or the travel agent that made your booking.

Can I change flight dates for an individual passenger(s) in a multiple-passenger booking?

No. Date change can be done only for all passengers in the booking.

Can I remove an individual passenger(s) from a multiple-passenger booking?

Yes, an individual passenger(s) can be removed from the booking provided all the flight segments are active (not flown or checked in).

How can I view my upcoming bookings on the flydubai website and mobile app?

You can view all your upcoming bookings if they were made using your Emirates Skywards number. To do that please follow these steps.

On flydubai.com:

  1. On flydubai.com homepage log in to your account using your Emirates Skywards membership number.
  2. Once you are logged in you'll see the list of all your upcoming bookings. Alternatively, you can click on 'My bookings' tab to view all bookings linked to your Emirates Skywards profile.

On mobile app:

  1. Open the app and log in to your Emirates Skywards account by clicking 'Loyalty' on the homepage.
  2. Once you are logged in, select 'My bookings' from the menu to view all bookings linked to your Emirates Skywards profile.

Can I cancel my booking and apply for a refund through flydubai website or mobile app?

If you made your booking through our website or mobile app, you can cancel it via the 'Manage booking' section using your booking reference and last name. Once the booking is cancelled you'll receive the refund in the form of flydubai voucher to your registered email address. Standard fare cancellation rules apply.

If your booking was made by a travel agent or through any other booking channel, you'll need to contact your travel agent or our Customer Centre on (+971) 600 54 44 45 to cancel your booking.

How can I update my passport details once I've made my booking?

If you would like to update your passport details you can do so during online check-in or by contacting our Customer Centre on (+971) 600 54 44 45.

If you are an Emirates Skywards member you can update your passport details in your account.
