Passengers with visual or hearing impairment

We are committed to making your journey with us as smooth, safe, and comfortable as possible. If you have a visual or hearing impairment and require assistance, please contact our Customer Centre at least 48 hours before your flight so that we can make the necessary arrangements to support you throughout your journey.

At the airport

When you arrive at the airport, please inform a member of staff if you require assistance to guide you through the departure or arrival airport.

On board

Please let us know in advance so our cabin crew can provide a personalised safety briefing and offer any additional support you may need during your flight. 

If you have a severe hearing or vision impairment and cannot communicate with the cabin crew, you must travel with a companion or helper seated in an adjoining seat, who can assist you during the flight and in the event of an emergency.

For safety reasons, we’re unable to seat you in an emergency exit row seat.

If your journey includes a flight operated by another airline, please ensure you check and comply with their specific requirements in advance, as these may differ from ours and could involve additional documentation.
